Scale System Buildout + 4 Months of Strategic Support

The goal is simple: build the system first, then help you optimize and scale it.

Rather than handing you another course or leaving you to piece together ads, funnels, follow-up and technology on your own, we’ll spend the first month building the core Scale System for you.

Then, for the remainder of your first four months, we work alongside you inside Ad Scale Society to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks and determine exactly what to improve next.

During the first month, we’ll build and connect the core infrastructure needed to turn paid attention into qualified opportunities and customers.

The buildout may include:

• Paid advertising strategy and campaign structure
• Funnel and customer journey mapping
• Landing page and conversion-path setup or optimization

• CRM pipeline setup and organization

The objective is not simply to launch ads.

It is to give you a connected acquisition system where traffic, messaging, conversion, follow-up and sales are working together.

During Month 1, We Will:

At the end of Month 1, the foundation is built.

Then we move from building the system to improving the system.

Once the Scale System is built, we transition our focus from implementation to ongoing strategy, optimization and scale.

Your entire first four months, including the Month 1 Scale System Buildout, are included in your initial $2,000 investment. There is no additional coaching fee during your first four months. After Month 4, you may choose to continue inside Ad Scale Society for $697/month.

The goal during this phase is to help you understand your numbers, identify the biggest constraint in the business and continually improve performance.
